Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital recordings from the date of purchase.

✔ To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
✔ Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair use of the policy.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing & Policy

✔ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
✔ The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price and be returned to the same payment method used for purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of digital products, we reserve the right to limit refunds for users who abuse the policy by repeatedly requesting refunds for multiple recordings. Our goal is to maintain fairness for all customers while ensuring a positive experience.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Hypnotherapy & Coaching Sessions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy for booked hypnotherapy and coaching sessions:

✔ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the session) may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling fee due to the time reserved for the session.
✔ No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
✔ Refund Requests: Refunds for prepaid sessions will be considered only in exceptional cases and must be requested within 7 days of the original payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ Package Sessions: If you purchased a multi-session package, partial refunds will be issued only for the remaining unused sessions. Any completed sessions will be deducted at the standard session rate.
