Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best results and smooth scheduling, please read the following policy carefully: 1. Structure and Duration of the Plan Sessions can be held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and availability. 2. Booking and Availability You will receive an email reminder 24–48 hours before each session to help you stay on track and prepared. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows without notice will result in the session being counted as used and cannot be rescheduled. In case of emergency, please reach out as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 4. Payment Terms Payment is required before or at the session. If unforeseen personal circumstances arise, we may offer credit toward other services, at our discretion. 5. Commitment and Confidentiality Your commitment to showing up and participating actively plays a key role in your progress. All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, in a safe and respectful environment. Number of Sessions and Expectations While many clients report feeling a shift after just one session, lasting and sustainable change—especially when working with long-standing habits like smoking—often requires a series of sessions. Depending on your individual needs and progress, we may recommend follow-up sessions to reinforce and deepen the transformation. By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
